Welcome to SAML Manager! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our software-as-a-service platform ("Service"), provided by Auth Problem Busters LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
2. Account Registration
To access the Service, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, and to keep this information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Use of the Service
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not:
- Use the Service in any manner that violates any applicable laws or regulations.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.
4. Subscription and Payment
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. You’ll find current pricing and plan details on our website or within the Service. All payments are securely processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full credit card information.
You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your selected plan and billing cycle. You can update or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
5. Free Trials
We may offer a free trial for new users lasting between 7 and 30 days, depending on the promotion. Once the trial period ends, your selected subscription will automatically begin and your payment method will be charged, unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Only one free trial is permitted per user or organization.
6. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day refund policy. If you are not satisfied with the Service within 30 days of your initial subscription payment, you may request a full refund by contacting support@samlmanager.com.
Refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days. Refund requests made beyond the 30-day window will not be honored.
7. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if your use could harm us or other users.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property related to the Service are owned by or licensed to the Company. You may not use our branding or content without our written permission.
9. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described therein.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
12. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll notify you via email or through the Service. Continued use after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your State/Country], without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Florida.
14. Third-Party Services and Stripe
We use Stripe to process payments. By subscribing to our Service, you agree to comply with Stripe’s Services Agreement. All payment information is handled securely through Stripe; we do not store full payment details on our servers.
In the event of a billing dispute, please contact us first so we can attempt to resolve the issue directly. We reserve the right to contest any chargebacks or disputes filed with Stripe or your financial institution.
